​Indoor:

  • Chemical cleaning blower

  • Flushing the drainage pipe with water OR Vacuum

  • Wash & clean filters by water

  • Washing the Casing & Louver swing flap with water & wiping

  • Indoor Remote Condition Battery and Display

  • Indoor cooling performance check. > 8 Degree C

  • Check the ventilation area and advise the customer

Other Functions if Applicable:

  • Ionizer check

  • Motion sensor check

  • Smart Cloud

  • Smell

Outdoor:

    • Chemical cleaning outdoor condenser

    • Gas pressure

    • Compressor Running AMP

    • Fan Motor Condition

    • Free refrigerant up to 20 psi Top-Up if needed

Water Leaking Solution if Needed:

  • Flushing with Low Pressure Water Jet

  • Flushing with Nitrogen

  • Flushing multi connected pipe

  • Minor repairs if needed

  • Replacing flexible white drainage pipe

  • Testing after fixing the leaking
